▪ 检测设备采用高像素线阵相机加特殊组合LED光源，获取高清图像后，再由中能自主开发的视觉检测系统进行处理，能检测出表面划痕、凹坑、丝印不良、杂质、异色等外观缺陷，从而能大幅缩减传统的目检人员。

▪ The detection equipment adopts high-pixel linear array camera and special combination LED light source to obtain high-definition images, and then processed by the visual inspection system independently developed by Zhongneng Intelligent, which can detect surface scratches, pits, silk screen defects, impurities, and different colors. Such appearance defects can greatly reduce the traditional visual inspection personnel.
